The products are inspected as thoroughly as possible, but due to the characteristics of 3D-printed objects, external defects may occur. These do not affect usability in any way.
Once the initial stock is sold out, subsequent production will be in small batches. Shipping will begin within at least 3 days after ordering.
While U.S. customs gave us a lot to think about, as a brand that’s just starting out, we decided that even if it means giving up some profit, we want as many people as possible to experience our products. That’s why we’re covering the $30 shipping fee ourselves—so you can enjoy free worldwide shipping no matter where you are.
Ship via Korea Post EMS. Shipping time varies depending on the country. It usually takes 5–7 days to the United States.
